Please note that we are not responsible for refunds or compensation in the event that you become ill after the treatment.

Cancellation Policy

In the unlikely event that the cancellation fee is not paid

Prohibitions

If any of the following applies, the customer will be deemed to have the intention to cancel the treatment, and the treatment will be suspended and the customer will be asked to leave the premises.

  • Other circumstances or actions that we deem inappropriate for our business
