The Nagoya branch operates on a purely performance-based compensation system, where pay is determined based on the treatments and services you provide. You can receive your earnings for the day's work on the same day.

Coming to Work According to Schedule
You can schedule consultations anywhere from once a month to seven times a week. We’ll discuss your school or work schedule and work with you to set a schedule that works for you.
Training That Starts with the Basics
Even if you have no prior experience, you can learn oil treatments and customer service through hands-on training. Please feel free to talk to us about any concerns you may have regarding your first job.
Direct Trip to and from Kanayama
You can go directly to your private office at the start of your shift and head home right after you finish. Please let us know how long your commute takes during the interview.
Discussing Photo Privacy Settings
You can discuss whether to blur your face or post photos on social media. Please let us know about any privacy concerns you may have before registering.

- Eligibility Requirements
- Healthy men aged 18 to 40 (high school students are not eligible) who can interact with customers and communicate in Japanese
- Experience
- No experience necessary. Experienced candidates are also welcome.
